Dr Alexander Gosling AM
Alexander has 20 years' experience serving as an independent director or Chair of early stage companies including unlisted and listed public companies. This has built on his earlier career developing and commercialising technologies for global markets; central to this, he was the founder of Invetech, where he worked until 2005.
Kelvin Anderson
Kelvin has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a passion to fund and advise private equity in the healthcare and environmental space.
Dr Peter Meikle
Peter Meikle has over 30 years of experience in product development, technology commercialisation, and leading technology companies. As well as his commercial experience, Peter has PhD level qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.

Shane takes Australian innovation seriously. With a grounding in the Environmental Sector, Shane heads up Waterwerx and StreamwiseDI, companies that are transforming the Water Treatment Industry through AI and digital platforms. With a UK deployment as MD and a deep understanding of US markets, Shane brings his lived experience including capital raising, M&A, team dynamics and revenue growth - to this rapidly developing Tech Environment.
