In light of the recent exciting shareholder announcements, the Waterwerx Holdings Ltd Board has formally extended the Placement offer to close on Monday 6th October. We thank those who have participated in the offer to date and advise that the opportunity to add further funds still exists. As the recent announcement noted, StreamwiseDI has entered a phase of contracted revenue opportunities (purchase orders and MOU’s) with significant value. There is an opportunity right now, with bonus share offers, to enhance the current and future success of the StreamwiseDI business with appropriate working capital. Your ongoing support will ensure we create even further revenue opportunities, value and finally, fulfilling our collective expectations of the Waterwerx and StreamwiseDI businesses.
